SHIPPING

Orders are shipped between 1 and 2 business days after they are placed. For purposes of shipping, business days are Monday through Friday only. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday.

RETURNS

This policy applies to merchandise purchased directly from Look of Love International only.

Look of Love appreciates your business and wants you to be pleased with the hairgoods & accessories you purchase from us.

Returned merchandise must be in original, resalable condition. No credit, exchange or refunds will be issued for hairgoods worn, cut, sprayed, styled, washed, etc. Please understand, we sell only New Merchandise to our customers. Any returned merchandise in acceptable condition, but requires new packaging, hang tag, or sew-in labels will be subject to at least a 15% restocking fee. Unacceptable merchandise will be returned to you with an explanation.

Returns/exchanges must contain a copy of your invoice. For accuracy, state your intentions; please handwrite what you would like us to do for you on the invoice copy and enclose along with your return. We will call if any questions.

Credit or refund (less shipping & 8% processing fee) will be issued for merch-andise returned within 30 days of invoice date, provided it is in new resalable condition. Refund checks can take 4-6 weeks to process.

• DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF HAIR GOODS, ALL ITEMS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 8% PROCESSING FEE (NOT TO EXCEED $25 PER ANY ONE INDIVIDUAL ITEM)
• Refunds WILL NOT be issued for merchandise returned after 30 days from the invoice date.
• 15% restocking fee will be deducted on all returns received between 30-45 days from invoice date.
• 30% restocking fee will be deducted on all returns received between 45-60 days from invoice date.
• NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 60 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

All credits must be used within ONE YEAR of issue date or they will be forfeited.

When returning/exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for ALL shipping costs.
